Delivry Policy

ST-STANDARD is committed to processing and delivering orders as efficiently as possible, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.
Customers will receive a confirmation notification via email or phone once the order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s geographic location.
Major cities: approximately two (2) to five (5) business days.
Remote or out-of-service areas: delivery may take approximately five (5) to seven(7) business days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances beyond ST-STANDARD’s reasonable control.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight or size of the shipment.
Applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed prior to completing the checkout process.
Free shipping promotions may be offered under specific promotional campaigns, subject to announced terms.

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
ST-STANDARD shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Upon delivery, the customer (or their representative) must inspect the shipment. If visible damage to the package is observed, the customer is advised to refuse delivery and notify ST-STANDARD immediately.

5. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Recipient unavailability,
Refusal of delivery without valid reason, or
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer,
ST-STANDARD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund after deducting shipping costs and any applicable administrative fees.

6. Force Majeure
ST-STANDARD shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, security disruptions, courier-related issues, or other force majeure events

تلتزم شركة ST-STANDARD بمعالجة وشحن الطلبات في أسرع وقت ممكن، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه.

1. معالجة الطلبات
يتم تجهيز ومعالجة الطلبات خلال (1–3) أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب وسداد قيمته.
لا تشمل أيام العمل العطلات الرسمية أو الإجازات الأسبوعية.
قد تختلف مدة المعالجة خلال فترات العروض أو المواسم ذات الضغط العالي.
يتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف عند شحن الطلب.

2. مدة التوصيل
تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الموقع الجغرافي للعميل.
داخل المدن الرئيسية: من (2–5) أيام عمل تقريبًا.
المناطق البعيدة أو خارج نطاق التغطية المعتاد: قد تمتد المدة إلى (5–7) أيام عمل.
جميع المدد المذكورة تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف شركات الشحن أو عوامل خارجة عن إرادة الشركة.

3. رسوم الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على موقع التسليم ووزن أو حجم الشحنة.
يتم عرض رسوم الشحن بوضوح للعميل قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.
قد تتوفر عروض شحن مجاني في حالات معينة وفقًا للعروض الترويجية المعلنة.

4. مسؤولية الاستلام
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات شحن صحيحة وكاملة.
ولا تتحمل شركة ST-STANDARD أي تأخير أو تكاليف إضافية ناتجة عن بيانات غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة.
يجب على العميل أو من ينوب عنه فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام. وفي حال وجود تلف ظاهر في العبوة، يُرجى رفض الاستلام وإبلاغ الشركة فورًا.

5. تعذر التسليم
في حال تعذر تسليم الشحنة بسبب:
عدم تواجد المستلم،
رفض الاستلام دون سبب مشروع،
أو تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة،

يحق للشركة إلغاء الطلب ورد قيمة المنتج بعد خصم تكاليف الشحن وأي رسوم إدارية مستحقة.

6. القوة القاهرة
لا تتحمل شركة ST-STANDARD أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير في التسليم ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية، القرارات الحكومية، الاضطرابات الأمنية، مشاكل شركات الشحن، أو أي أحداث تدخل ضمن نطاق القوة القاهرة.
