ST-STANDARD is committed to processing and delivering orders as efficiently as possible, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.
Customers will receive a confirmation notification via email or phone once the order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s geographic location.
Major cities: approximately two (2) to five (5) business days.
Remote or out-of-service areas: delivery may take approximately five (5) to seven(7) business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances beyond ST-STANDARD’s reasonable control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight or size of the shipment.
Applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed prior to completing the checkout process.
Free shipping promotions may be offered under specific promotional campaigns, subject to announced terms.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
ST-STANDARD shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Upon delivery, the customer (or their representative) must inspect the shipment. If visible damage to the package is observed, the customer is advised to refuse delivery and notify ST-STANDARD immediately.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Recipient unavailability,
Refusal of delivery without valid reason, or
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer,
ST-STANDARD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund after deducting shipping costs and any applicable administrative fees.
6. Force Majeure
ST-STANDARD shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, security disruptions, courier-related issues, or other force majeure events
